Shipping and Return Policies

SHIPPING POLICY

Currently, we can only ship to U.S. addresses. We will have all orders shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. All orders will be shipped 2-5 days after receipt of order.  If you place your order over the weekend or on an observed holiday, we'll process your order on the next business day.

Shipping charges

We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for every order. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page.

Our Packaging

Being a sustainable company means not only the products you sell, but how you conduct your operations. We wanted to find a way to reduce anything that you do not directly benefit from. Since you’re not paying for the packaging and probably don’t plan on keeping it, we don’t find it necessary to “hype” up our products with unnecessary packaging. Green Blossoms has chosen to ship its goods in lightweight Tyvek due to the following reasons: reduced weight, incredible strength, durability, lesser space taken on transit vehicles and provides the best protection of soft goods from damage due to moisture or packaging damage. More importantly, Tyvek envelopes/bags are recyclable!

Shipping Errors / Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, or if it is defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly take prompt corrective action and arrange to have the item/s replaced.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed, merchandise for a full refund.

1. All returned items must be in new, unused, and resealable condition and received by us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Refunds can not be issued for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift Certificates

2. Sale and/or Clearance items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Refunds can not be issued for Sale or Clearance items.

3. Shipping expenses paid to receive the order are not refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail for the lowest rates and free pick-up service. Green Blossoms will pay shipping for USPS Priority Mail shipping expenses for outgoing exchanged items on Domestic orders. Green Blossoms will not pay for expedited outgoing or return shipping.

4. Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase can not be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.

5. Items lost in transit that are being returned to Green Blossoms are the responsibility of the customer.  Send returns to the following address:
