Our Mission
We live by the motto: Do good things, and good things will happen to you. We are a small start-up organic clothing company in Los Angeles that is committed to being an environmentally- and socially-responsible organization. We don’t strive to become the biggest company in women’s fashion, or even the biggest name in eco-fashion. We only strive to provide the consumer with environmentally friendlier versions of what is already in the marketplace. By doing so, we hope to make a better environment -- for ourselves, our customers, and our children, and in doing so enriching our lives -- one eco-friendly shirt at a time.
Why GreenBlossoms
Ok, so it’s kind of a play on words. We wanted a name that sounded 'pretty' but meant green at the same time. “Green”, as we all know, has become synonymous with environmentally friendly, eco-friendly, and sustainable. “Blossom”, on the other hand, aside from the obvious floral meaning, also means a ‘movement.’
Our concept is simple: you don’t have to be an eco-warrior, hugging trees, saving whales and all that in order to create a movement. (If you are, you’re a hero to us!) Instead, we just want to think more consciously about the little things we do and how they add up and affect everyone else and the environment. We want to create our own movement by making these environmentally conscious little choices, because we believe our actions subtly influence others to take part.
We’re simply modern women taking on the challenges of everyday life and of green living. We encourage you to create your own movement (in other words, your own ‘green blossom’), and we want you to look good doing it too!
